Customs Restrictions

Please be aware that due to customs restrictions items made of genuine exotic skin (croc/pyhton/lizard) or wood cannot be shipped outside the European Union. For Australia items made of feathers are also excluded.

Discreet

We ship in neutral shipping boxes, sender is Exorior Added Value B.V., not Xenses, we use neutral descriptions as much as possible for customs, and the invoice is not included in the parcel. Please be aware that international shipments might be subject to rare customs inspections, we have no control over this.

Gift Wrapping

Allmost all orders come with complimentary luxury Xenses gift wrapping. However some items are shipped to you without gift wrapping, mostly due to odd sizing. Please contact us if you would like to know if your purchase comes with gift wrapping.
